As an independent Danish artist, based in Dubai, with roots that stretch across Bangladesh, Thailand, Switzerland, Denmark, and England, I am constantly inspired and energized by the diversity, colors and impressions of where I travel and live. Each place has left an indelible mark on my creative spirit, contributing to the rich tapestry of inspirations that fuel my work.

I graduated from a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and Psychiatry in 2019 in London, but my passion for art draws all the way back to my childhood. My journey as an artist has been entirely self-taught, a path I've navigated alongside full-time work in management consulting. It’s been a haven that has allowed me to embrace the beauty of life's experiences while honing my craft and finding balance between the pace of everday life and the intentionality of connecting with creativity.

In establishing Stouby Studios, I wanted to create a dedicated space where I could nourish my creativity and push the boundaries of my artistic expression. Here, I challenge myself to grow and remain intimately connected to the act of creating art. Having always been interested in the artistic facets of the human form and abstract expression, I’ve moved towards a more vibrant palette and style that is far more expressive of my personality and tastes. And more importantly, it has allowed me to tap into a more free-spirited and playful relationship with art. My work reflects my love for vibrant colours, human connections, and the impressions left on me by nature and the diverse communities I've encountered. It’s all about playfulness and exploration, where art is a joyful conversation rather than a serious pursuit.

Since starting the Studio, I’ve had the privilege of working on several bespoke commissions with clientele from across the globe. Now, residing in Dubai, i’m on a journey to establishing a new community of independent artists and supporting them to partner with local businesses and getting their artwork into the local community.
